History
The International University of Business Agriculture and Technology was established in 1991, among the very first private universities in Bangladesh, combining business, agriculture and engineering in a single curriculum ahead of the formal 1992 Private University Act. It was founded with a strong emphasis on need-based scholarships and community outreach. It has grown a large Uttara campus over three decades of operation.
